KENTORI – Communication Plan Campaign
Communication Objectives:
- Increase consumer awareness of Kentori products.
- Promote the antibacterial product as safe for use with newborns.
Challenges:
- As a new product, it lacks sufficient market coverage.
- Consumers have significant concerns about antibacterial products for young children, especially newborns.
Concept:
If "LOVE" is the joyful and blissful emotion a mother feels upon seeing her child for the first time, then "TOUCH" is the action that connects, bonds, and conveys a mother's love and protection to her baby. Research shows that gentle, close "TOUCHES" provide remarkable physical and mental health benefits for infants, creating an invisible bond between mother and child. "TOUCH" is a simple act but carries the power of a thousand words!
Through this imagery, we remind everyone to keep their hands clean from harmful microorganisms before "TOUCHING" the delicate skin of a baby!

TOUCH TO GIVE LOVE
Gentle touches not only help stimulate the senses, develop motor skills, and nurture strong muscles and bones but also boost the immune system, keeping the baby healthy.
TOUCH TO GIVE HEALTH
Regularly touching and massaging the soles of the baby's feet can help promote blood circulation and the body's metabolic exchange. This, in turn, balances hormone secretion and improves the child's physical health.
TOUCH TO GIVE INTELLIGENCE
The act of stroking and touching the baby's back not only helps the baby relax and feel more comfortable, but it also stimulates the baby's spinal nervous system. As the sense of touch develops, the brain becomes more agile, and the child grows smarter.
TOUCH TO GIVE HAPPINESS
Regularly making eye contact with your baby will help them:
- Feel the love from their mother

- Create an emotional bond
TOUCH TO FOSTER LOVE AND CONNECTION
